At Stepprs, we want you to love every stride you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
